Banner Sun Health Research Institute and Hospice of the Valley are offering a free online session to help people cope with grief during the holidays 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6. This presentation is designed to help adults develop strategies for effectively moving through a challenging season.
Participants can learn to recognize the uniqueness of grief during the holidays, identify helpful coping mechanisms and learn supportive ways to help themselves and loved ones navigate the journey of loss.
