Conrad Langenberger

Posted
Conrad Langenberger, 85, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2020. He was pre-deceased by his parents. Conrad met the love of his life (Suz) in 1954. He is survived by his loving spouse of 60 years, his children Lisa (Rob), Linda (Kevin) and five loving grandchildren Nick, Julia, Lilli, Hannah, and Annabelle. Conrad was a passionate man, which was the center thread of his life. He had a raucous and contagious laugh and his love for his family and golf was evident to all who knew him. He never hit a shot without wanting to improve it. When he made clubs for others his reward was to have them play better. He was always looking for the perfect shot. He loved to travel playing golf wherever he went. Conrad spent his career either growing it or cutting it (grass that is, not weed). Each year he asked Suz which snowblower she wanted for the season. He spent his career at Simplicity Manufacturing, Inc., previously having worked for Scotts and Jacobson, enjoying many successes. He was fortunate to retire in 1995 relocating to Arizona with Suz. We celebrate our cherished memories of him in our hearts. He touched many lives with kindness and a bit of stubbornness added in for good measure. To respect Conrad's wishes no service will be held. We express our sincerest gratitude to Good Nurses ALF and Comprehensive Hospice and Palliative Care for their warm and loving care of Conrad. Thank you to Regency Mortuary for walking us through this time. In lieu of flowers, hug the ones you love. You never know when you will lose your chance. Those wishing to do so can donate in Conrad's name to Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Avenue, 16th floor, New York, NY 10001.
