The Community Fund of Sun City West was established in 1982 with a singular mission: to lend a helping hand to residents facing financial hardships. This group of volunteers provides essential support to those in need and transforms lives one act of kindness at a time.
The Personal Needs team, a component of this fund, focuses on addressing the immediate and basic necessities of individuals and families who find themselves in dire circumstances.
Residents can also support the cause. The Community Fund of Sun City West team relies on the support of the community to continue their work. There are numerous ways to get involved and make a difference.
Contributions of any size are welcome. Monetary donations can be made directly to the Community Fund through personal checks, matching funds from employers, PayPal. The address is: PMB 613, 13940 W. Meeker Blvd., Suite 115, Sun City West, AZ 85375.
Residents can also designate the Community Fund of Sun City West as their charity of choice with a Fry’s account. Those with a Fry’s Rewards card can visit fryscommunityrewards.com, click on “Frys.com rewards,” scroll down to “link card to an organization,” select “community reward” and select “Community Fund of Sun City West” under “find an organization.” Under search results find Community Fund of Sun City West and click enroll.
