BOULLE: Problem because laws are not enforced

Posted

The two gentlemen who wrote earlier about pedestrians walking in roads are spot on.

This has been an ongoing problem for years because our laws are not enforced. These people are unable to grasp a very simple concept. Sidewalks are for people; roads are for cars.

Not only do they lack intelligence and/or common sense, they are nasty and defiant when confronted, sometimes walking three or four abreast. With the proper walking shoes the difference in comfort between the two surfaces is negligible.
