Benevilla workshop helps caregivers care for themselves

Stress management and self-care are difficult enough, but tend to be even harder for those who have significant caregiving responsibilities.

Many people, especially seniors, have so many responsibilities in life they forget to take care of their personal needs. Learn tips and tricks to ensure cargegivers can take care of themselves while taking care of a loved one.

Join Benevilla C.A.R.E.S. care management expert, Crystal Littlejohn, MHSA, CMC, CSA from Geriatric Resources, LLC, at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14 and learn how to prioritize a schedule and improve physical and emotional health. Reservations are required.

As a certified geriatric care manager, Crystal has spent her career in service to seniors. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Plymouth State University, as well as a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Strayer University. Her health care career spans almost 25 years.

This free presentation is part of the yearlong Benevilla C.A.R.E.S. Virtual “Educational Workshop” series featuring professionals who can answer questions and provide guidance and resources needed to prepare for senior life changes.
