What a wonderful article by Roger Ball (“Some golfers returning to hickory clubs,” Sun City West Independent, Jan. 22, 2020).

I am a winter visitor and live in Sun City West and Oak Hills Country Club in Palos Heights, Illinois. Thank you for the pictures, especially the one of Mr. McIntosh in the traditional Scottish attire with a wooden golf club. Thank you for bringing back the past.
