Aquacizers Club President Debbie Etheridge was interviewed on local radio station KSCW 103.1FM for The Community Chat Show hosted by Ron Capriotti. Etheridge shared stories about the history of the club that was formerly called Handicapables and how it evolved into Aquacizers. She also talked about the club’s low impact aquatic exercises, which were designed by a licensed physical therapist. The club meets for exercises on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Beardsley pool. The Saturday session is led by the physical therapist. Sun City West residents interested in learning about Aquacizers can contact them at scwaquacizers@gmail.com or call Etheridge at 828-773-9186. From left are Etheridge, Steve Hotvedt and Capriotti.
