Annual meeting in Sun City West covers new HOA statutes

The Organization of Homeowners Association’s annual meeting and elections will be 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the Lecture Hall, 19803 R.H. Johnson Blvd. All HOAs can vote and ballots can be sent in no later than the morning of Nov. 13.
After the meeting attorney Chad Gallacher of Maxwell and Morgan will review the seven new state statutes that took effect Sept. 14. These new statutes will affect both the planned communities and condos.
