The Sun City West Tennis Club announces the return of the Swing Into Spring senior tennis charity tournament.
This annual event attracts local players as well as players from other states. The tournament is open to players age 50 and older. This year’s tournament is Wednesday, March 26, to Sunday, March 30, at the R.H. Johnson Recreation Center. Spectators are encouraged to watch as their admission is free.
“Many clubs in Sun City West hold a ‘major’ event of some kind for local charities throughout the year. This is our big event of the year,” stated Swing Into Spring Director George Orchard. “Many thanks go to all the club volunteers, local area businesses, players and spectators who all make this happen!”
The 2024 tournament was able to provide donations to the Sun City West Posse and Sun City West Prides.
