I take offense at the Condo Owners Association of Sun City COA newsletter.
Without providing a shred of evidence, “many” of the more than 380 Sun City COAs are accused of being run by a single dictator and not run by a majority of each of the COA’s elected board of directors.
This is not the kind of “support” I expect from my Sun City COA. How rude, crude and untrue.
It was also sad to read in the Sun City Independent that the Sun City Home Owners Association has put the CC&R revision project on the back burner.
That after so much time and money had been invested in the effort. Jim Hunter and many others worked hard and proposed needed rule changes that would make the SCHOA CC&Rs consistent, clear and, most importantly, more enforceable.
Recently, Jim had to resign as president due to health concerns and his replacement drops the revision project like a hot potato.
With this kind of new “leadership,” I am very concerned about the future of our SCHOA.
