The proposed Recreation Centers of Sun City West dues increase this year is $28. They are now $570 and would raise to $598 on July 1.
That may not seem like a lot but it is a 4.9% increase. At 4.9% per year, our dues will double in less than 15 years and double again in another 15.
If you plan on being here in 30 years, at the current rate your dues will be over $2,280 per person or $4,560 per couple.
