A Sun City woman was killed in house fire Wednesday morning.
Sun City Fire and Medical crews responded to the fire near 99th and Grand avenues where the agency reported firefighters found heavy conditions.
Department personnel were able to evacuate the woman and a dog from the house, but the woman died later at the hospital.
The fire is under investigation, Sun City Fire officials said on a post on Facebook.
