I would like to go on record as opposed to the latest overlay request by Kenny Jermiz Jajou for his 10-year-old daughter (I was informed that this girl is his daughter) to live in Sun City.

Whitcomb: Opposed to latest overlay variance in Sun City

I would like to go on record as opposed to the latest overlay request by Kenny Jermiz Jajou for his 10-year-old daughter (I was informed that this girl is his daughter) to live in Sun City.
We moved to Sun City for the express purpose of living in a community with the 55 or older restrictions. If this latest request is passed, this will open a whole can of worms and turn Sun City into a place where people will start to bring in family members, and before long there will be who knows how many people living in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo.
Please deny this request and any that may come in in the future. Sun City should stay restricted to 55 and older with limited visitation by children under the age of 19.
