Werner: Riders in Sun City seem to think rules don’t apply

I would just like to make a comment about bike riders here in Sun City.

When did it become OK for bike riders to not stop for stop signs?

Every morning when I go to work they are all out there with all their lights and safety gear on but then drive right through intersections without stopping.

Also, when did it become OK to ride their bikes on the wrong side of the road.

At this age we should all know the rules of the road.
