Unfortunately, Sun City Homeowner’s Association was unsuccessful in its suits against the Arizona Corporation Commission regarding consolidation of the wastewater districts of EPCOR Water Co.
It was a valiant effort by our attorney, Robert Ellman, and we are grateful to him.
Greg Eisert and SCHOA began this journey in 2013 and enlisted the support of many others. As Greg said, “We gave it a stellar effort. We all knew the bar was extremely high…”
There are so many people that supported us in this effort to avoid the heavy burden put on our residents; there were many individuals, communities and companies who boldly participated in the fight. Sun City, Sun City West, Youngtown and RCSC were enormously supportive in so many ways.
