Warmath: SCHOA needs board candidates in Sun City for fall

We are almost certain some of the decision was based on our wonderful community. The Sun City Homeowners Association’s goal is to maintain the high standards we all enjoy in our community. You can be a part of that, too.

SCHOA has several board of director positions opening due to expiring terms and we will be electing four people to fill those positions. Our mission is, “To preserve Sun City property values through the fair and consistent application of the covenants, conditions and restrictions.”

Consider joining our team. Put your talents and ideas to work in helping to continue to move Sun City forward in being the appealing place we all love and enjoy.
