Viker: Happy to have RCSC facilities available in Sun City

My husband and I have been seasonable residents of Sun City for several years.
We appreciate how Sun City is well kept and almost everyone showing pride in their property. We were well aware of the Recreation Centers of Sun City annual fee when we moved there. We are not heavy users of the RCSC facilities, but appreciate they are there and available for the activities we do choose to use or participate in.
It never crossed our minds to complain about being charged the full annual fee for time when we are not there, nor do we expect a refund for the COVID-caused time of closures. The facilities do have continuing maintenance costs and people to monitor them. No complaints from us.
