Swank: Resident wants recycling picked up in Sun City

I would like to begin or continue (if it exists) a campaign for Parks and Sons to begin collecting recycling on a weekly basis here in Sun City.
I contacted the office and was told they receive many such requests and forward these requests to their boss. However, they are receiving no feedback as to whether these requests are being considered. Certainly there has been no response to the office staff or the public that I am aware of.
What can we do to at least get some feedback to all these requests?
