Benevilla is responding to the “new normal” the COVID-19 pandemic has created by making its Life Coaching Program more accessible to the community.

The Benevilla Life Coaching program supports caregivers by addressing new transitions and helping them clarify their personal identity, integrate a new sense of purpose, and experience increased confidence to meet the challenges and responsibilities of caring for an older adult or adult with disabilities.

Benevilla is located at 16752 N. Greasewood St., Surprise.

Because of the added stress of social isolation and sheltering at home, caregivers can develop habits and strategies to maintain health and well-being. This helps to both limit viral transmission and to avoid the ever-present risk of caregiver burnout. The Benevilla Life Coaching Program offers confidential one-on-one sessions with trained life coach Connie Danks. Coping strategies, resources and guidance will be customized toward specific challenges each caregiver faces during this pandemic.

At this time sessions will take place over the phone. Benevilla is offering any caregiver in need of support 15 minutes of free life coaching.

“We are very excited to offer this special opportunity to caregivers,” Ms. Danks stated in a news release. “We are fortunate to be here during this critical period offering resources like this to the community and serving more caregivers with this much needed one-on-one support.”
