Mentorship at the Sun City Ukulele Club continues with lessons 1:30-2:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, March 6 and March 7, at the Fairway Center.
Ukuleles are available to borrow or individuals can check them out from the Bell and Fairway libraries.
Members can join the club for Thursday jams 3-4:30 p.m. all year in the Fairway Center. A workshop is offered for all levels by professional ukulele player Peter Luongo and his group Thursday, April 3 (he will give a concert that evening). And the club’s last open mic is March 27, where members perform as groups or soloists.
The Sun City Ukulele Club meets 3 p.m. Thursdays in the Fairway Music Room. Free lessons and are open to all RCSC card holders.
