Sun City thrift store to mark 1st year of business

Staff of a thrift store in Sun City will offer special activities for its first year of business.

Glorious Tresaures, 10220 W. Bell Road Suite 116, will host the celebration 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, March 8 Food and beverages will be available. Door prizes and raffle tickets will also be handed out to visitors.

The store is geared to provided a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for shoppers with disabilities. Glorious Treasures is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Sale proceeds go toward helping individuals with intellectual disabilities be employed with Glorious Treasures.
