The Sun City Sings! chorus will presents “A Song of Spring” 7 p.m. Friday, April 11, at American Lutheran Church, 17200 Del Webb Blvd. The program will include music selections that celebrate the coming of spring and the power of music. “What a Wonderful World,” Shenandoah” and “The Sound of Music” are among the well-known pieces. The chorus will present music inspired by contemporary choral composers, including Frank Ticheli’s “Earth Song,” “The Awakening” by Joseph Martin and “Sing Gently” by Eric Whitacre.
