Security and protection are priorities of the Sun City Posse and to showcase that role in keeping the community safe the organization will host a fire and safety expo.

“Keeping Sun City Safe” will be conducted in cooperation with Sun City Fire and Medical Department and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday Oct. 16 at Posse headquarters, 10861 W. Sunland Drive. Visitors can come for an hour or for all four hours as this is their opportunity to meet with members of the city’s first response team and sheriff’s department to learn more about their roles in keeping Sun City secure and to ask questions about safety concerns that affect them.
