Four members of the Sun City Host Lions Club visited first graders at Sunrise Elementary School to talk about the American flag. The children heard not only what the flag colors stand for, but also how to be respectful to the flag and what the flags stands for. At the end of the program the Lions led the children in a “Lions Roar” and gave the teachers small American flags with wooden bases cut out by Fairway Woodshop for each child.
