Sun City golfers unhappy with the three-cart rule are right. It’s been in place on Recreation Centers of Sun City golf courses for a few years and the courses are in worse shape than three years ago, so the proof should be there.
The rule has made it inconvenient for the golfers who help pay most of the costs of the golf courses without seeing any benefits.
Maybe if it’s because of the golf course shape, management should look elsewhere.
