I have lived in Sun City for approximately 10 years.
I have never used any of the facilities here, but I still have to pay the assessments. And I still pay an assessment for the condo I live in.
It’s crazy to live here but I can’t afford to move. The fees are getting so high. Thank God l don’t have a mortgage payment, like some of my neighbors.
