There will be an abundance of information and resources waiting for senior citizens during the 2022 fall Senior Expo.

The event is scheduled 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Sept. 28 in the auditorium at Sundial Center, 14801 N. 103rd Ave. The expo is hosted by the Sun City Independent, with the assistance from a number of sponsors. There is no admission charge for the expo and all seniors are invited to attend.

In addition to a full house of vendors and other resources to talk to about their services, visitors can also win raffle prizes, including gift baskets, gift cards and more.

The presenting sponsor for the event is Cigna Medicare Insurance.

Attendees will be able to connect with businesses such as dental, medical insurance, financial and investment planning, air conditioning and heating, hearing, home improvement, energy solutions, cruises, hospice, banking, retirement communities, home care, wellness checks, continuing education, theater, memory care, end of life planning, rehabilitation, reverse mortgage and more. Many of the vendors will have free items to give away along with information on their products and services.

With an indoor setting in the large Sundial Center auditorium, attendees can browse in comfort. The event is geared toward seniors and that is refected in the vendors available. Many of their products and services are designed to help seniors live a healthier lifestyle, and others help them save money on essential services.
