Sun Cities area Coldwell Banker celebrates awards

The Sun City Bell, Sun City Surprise and Sun City West R.H. Johnson Coldwell Banker Realty office staff celebrated 29 affiliate agents and three teams who received awards at the Coldwell Banker Realty Awards Gala.

The International President’s Elite award is earned by the top 2% of all sales associates/representatives internationally qualified in the Coldwell Banker system. Joan Andersen and Jim Braun earned the International President’s Elite award.

The International President’s Circle award is earned by the top 5% of all sales associates/representatives internationally qualified in the Coldwell Banker system. Earninbg this award were Diane Barnes, Trudy Drieling, and Rhonda and James Hrdlicka.

The International Diamond Society award is earned by the top 10% of all sales associates/representatives internationally qualified in the Coldwell Banker system. Those who earned this award were Randy Kraker, Kevin Mayer, Kathy Parnum, Karen and Bill Petersen, Karen Price and Julia Richardson.

The International Diamond Society Team award is earned by the top 23% of all sales associate/representative team qualified in the U.S. and Canada in the Coldwell Banker system. The groups that earned this award were the Friberg Team and the Hiblines.

The International Sterling Society award is earned by the top 15% of all sales associates/representatives internationally qualified in the Coldwell Banker system. This award was earned by Chris Balmaceda, Polly Brown, Craig Cross, Jill Gerber, Mark and Julie Helms, Rosemary Keely, Donna Martin, Kurt and Mary Mayer, Terrie Racca, Nikolai Riasnianski, Paul Scoville, Dale and Pat Williams, and Lisa Wolfe.

The International Sterling Society Team award is earned by the top 32% of all sales associate/representative team qualified in the U.S. and Canada in the Coldwell Banker system. The Town Cryers was the lone team to earn this award.
