Some suggestions on hiring RCSC’s next general manager

We, the 34,000 people of Sun City, should hire the next Recreation Centers of Sun City general manager. First, we must put together the job description. Here are my suggestions for what should be included:
• Tell me how you will take care of Sun City.
• Only attend one meeting per week.
• Only be in your office one day per week.
• Go to the clubs, attend club affairs, work with club members.
• If something happens internally in the corporate offices, (ie. budget, etc.), let the office manager handle it.
• There is no degree required.
• Be like former General Manager Jan Ek.
Let the people of Sun City conduct the interview and hire the new general manager.
