Sol Flower is open seven days per week.

In June, all yoga classes will be led by certified instructor Jenna Gully. Class highlights include the “feel good” series on Mondays, reflexology on Tuesdays, and mindfulness and sleep meditation class options.

Attendees are encouraged to visit the Sol Flower Café and lounge, next to the classroom, which has also reopened with new menu items. An array of healthy breakfast and lunch items, including avocado toast, fruit and wellness bowls, coffee drinks and CBD-infused beverages are available to go before or after class.

Featured June classes include:

Yoga “Feel Good” — 5:30 p.m. Mondays, June 8, 15, 22 and 29. A Hatha-style yoga class with a balance of gentle but strengthening flow followed by a delightful cool down. This class is for all levels.

Reflexology — 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays, June 9, 16, 23 and 30. Reflexology is a hands-on technique that works mostly with feet and hands, effecting change throughout the entire body. Learn more about traditional Chinese medicine, zone therapy, meridians, feet mapping and more as the instructor focuses on different aspects of reflexology each week.

Mindfulness — 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 16. This class will stimulate ideas of how to use cannabis more mindfully in daily life. Explore gentle movement and breath techniques, discuss chakras and how to use a deepened self-awareness to navigate the world of cannabis within one’s respective bodies and experiences.

Sleep Meditation — 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, June 9 and 23. Forty-five minutes of guided meditation is equivalent to one REM cycle or about three hours of average sleep. This practice of doing nothing can be done seated but is traditionally done reclined. The goal is to be as comfortable as possible. Breath techniques and visualizations will guide your body and mind into such a deep state of rest, natural recovery and regeneration begins to occur.
