We moved to Sun City for 26 years ago and were aware of the annual Recreation Centers of Sun City fees, as I’m sure most others are, too.
The fees are needed to maintain the facilities we have here. We didn’t use the rec centers much over the years. Now, I am a widow but still love it here.
The only way to opt out is to move; then you can pay higher real estate taxes, sales tax and put up with a lot of noise.
RCSC fees are a small price to pay to live in such a great community.
