Pool and spa closures scheduled in Sun City

Recreation Centers of Sun City members/cardholders are advised there will be a number of swimming pool and/or spa closures this week for various projects.
The work will include deck repairs and UV system installations. Cardholders are encouraged to use the aquatic facilities available at all other RCSC recreation centers during these periods. Reminders will be included in the next Your Sun City AZ Week email blast.
The Mountain View Center pool, 9749 N. 107th Ave., will be closed through Saturday, Sept. 24. This closure is for water chemistry correction and pool UV system installation. There will be no children’s swim hours from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. during this closure.
The Fairway Center pool and spa, 10600 W. Peoria Ave., will be closed Sept. 19-20 for pool UV system installation.
The Oakmont Center pool and spa, 10725 W. Oakmont Drive, will be closed Wednesday, Sept. 21 for an all-day Water Volleyball Club event.
The Fairway Center spa will be closed Friday, Sept. 23 for spa UV system installation. The Fairway pool will remain open.
