I saw your article on the wasted water or how to save water in Sun City and surrounding communities.
I live in the most wasteful of water area of my entire life. I have lived in five states and several major and secondary cities.
In the area here where I fast walk and jog is Clair up to 105th and 107th avenues all along the huge grass medians that not only water the grass but the sidewalks and the roads leaving huge amounts of wasted water lying in the streets. Biggest offenders are the golf courses that waste water on huge expanses.
How dumb, really, the cities and states are, as not to shut down all golf courses right now, letting them turn brown in the midst of the greatest water crisis in 120 years as stated on the news segments.
In a couple years housing will be given away because of lack of water, in front of all the houses and backyards are huge expanses of grass watered daily.
