P.E.O. chapter celebrates 30 years

P.E.O. Chapter DY celebrated its 30th birthday at a Nov. 13 luncheon at Betty’s Rooste, 14418 W. Meeker Blvd.

In attendance were 36 members, shared sisters who also belong to other chapters “back home” and prospective members as guests.

Of the 19 charter members, only Charlotte Dahl is able to continue as a member and she was not able to attend.

Women who have been P.E.O.s for 60 and 70 years were honored and there was a program reminding attendees of what life was like in 1993.
