My stepson came to visit us three years ago, loved Arizona so much he stayed.
Now he is going to school to complete his studies to become a nurse. He also works at Banner Boswell Medical Center here in Sub City, but when this pandemic started in March he moved out because he wanted to keep his Father and myself safe. He now lives with a colleague he worked with at the hospital.
People complain about wearing masks for a short time when they go out. What about hospital workers? They wear them all day or all night for 12 hours.
We miss him a lot, but he comes to see us all the time, sits out on our back patio and has shared a meal, he outside we inside. I try to help by baking cookies for him to take to work to share.
My love and thanks to all the hospital workers for all they do. Maybe one day Ronnie will be able to move back home.
