Lipschultz wants to reach area Jews

Name: Rabbi Jeffrey Lipschultz

Church/Religious Organization: Congregation Beth Emeth Sun City West Jewish congregation affiliated with the conservative movement.

Where I am from: I grew up in Phoenix and so did my wife. I went to McClintock High School and my wife went to Moon Valley High School. I was bar mitzvahed at Temple Soleil and my wife at Beth Israel.   

My family includes: My wife, Naomi, and my three sons, Ari, 13; Alex, 9 and Asher, 4.

What I like most about what I do: I am an avid movie buff and love to play tennis and golf. I am also involved in pro Israel organizations, such as Stand with Israel and Night to Honor Israel.

Outreach projects we participate in: We plan to do outreach to new Jews who move to the area, We will to classes after minion on Thursday and hopefully an intro to Judaism class.

What we offer to our members: Services at reduced dues.

Ways to get involved: Contact the office to ask about our social program and our sisterhood and mens club events. 

Ways we communicate with our members: E mail and phone calls.

Upcoming events include: High holiday services and Yom Kippur services as well as Sukkot this month.
