Le: Sun City golf not broken

Posted

I do not think the Sun City golf system is broken. The residents who are complaining about not being able to find tee times most likely are not using the web portal golf lottery two weeks in advance to book tee times. Also can get forms at any Sun City golf course.

All resident owners that pay their $496 Recreation Centers of Sun City fee can use the golf lottery to book tee times for them and their friends two weeks in advance. If they miss the lottery, they can go to the RCSC Portal and book five days in advance. Any tee times that are not filled by residents can then be booked by nonresidents three days in advance.

If these complaining golfers are letting nonresidents get ahead of them getting prime tee times that is on them, and nothing going to fix that!

These residents who are complaining about not being able to get tee times most likely are not using the system like the rest of us have to get tee times.

If the golf courses are not bringing in enough income then first raise the nonresident annual golf pass fees, also prime time fees for any nonresident golfer, Sun City golf courses are the lowest price primetime fees for nonresidents golf courses in the area.

If more income is needed after that then raise the resident annual pass a small amount as needed.
