Kepler: Republicans don’t want responsibility in Sun City

Tom Scott’s letter (“Only one side to blame,” Sun City Independent, Oct. 14, 2020) takes a page right out of the Trump handbook.
Never accept responsibility when you can just as easily blame someone else, in this case the Democrats.
While there are bad actors on both sides, let’s look at what’s going on. Was it a Democrat that posted hate pieces on people’s cars about gays? Was it the Democrats that verbally assaulted Sun City employees about club houses and Sun City properties being closed? Was it Democrats that refuse to wear masks and challenge store employees about some nonexistent constitutional right they have not to wear a mask while shopping in a store.
My hair stylist on Olive Avenue is not an owner, just an employee, but has been called a Nazi, a government tool and even the B-word, just because she reminded people of the company’s policy to wear a mask.
Have you seen any Biden flags with the F-word like we have seen a Trump flag flying on our street?
So, Tom, remember, those who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
