Husband, wife team owns business

By Faith Luber
AZ Hacienda Home Watch earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association.
The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that keeps an eye on things at vacation or primary homes while residents are not there.
AZ Hacienda Home Watch owners Steve and Char Paynter are a husband-and-wife team. Throughout their construction careers, it became apparent to them that there was an increasing and important need for expert home watch services performed by caring professionals. Together, Steve and Char bring extensive and detailed knowledge of home management, providing their clients with peace of mind while they are away from their haciendas. They believe in giving back to others.
Mr. Paynter moved to Arizona in 1978 and has more than 40 years of home-building and construction-management experience. Ms. Paynter is an Arizona native with more than 40 years of commercial construction and property management experience.
AZ Hacienda Home Watch serves the Sun Cities, Peoria and the Northwest Valley.
