Mari’s Professional Home Watch and Cleaning Services earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association.

As a young child, owner Mari Williams’ family owned a cabin. She recalls that when they arrived, she wanted to just go out and play. Instead, she had to assist her mother in cleaning the cabin. This process was done again just prior to leaving. Williams’ memories sparked the start-up of the cleaning business. She wanted the homeowners to arrive at their vacation home and just be able to “go play,” and when they were ready to leave, just leave.

Williams was working in the office of a ranch in 1994 when she was approached by some absentee homeowners who wanted her to watch their homes while they were away. There was some major roof leaking, and Williams’ services saved them a lot of money and aggravation. As word spread about Williams’ services, her business grew, and she currently manages more than 85 homes across the valley.

Her business also provides cleaning services to more than 380 customers across the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Williams wanted to give back, so she has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, where she provides free housecleaning services for women undergoing cancer treatment.
