Gray: There are responsibilities to ownership in Sun City

The idea that anyone should be able to do anything they want with their property is just selfishness.
If that was the case, then I could buy the property next to Rep. Jake Hoffman (R-Queen Creek) (“Short term rentals on hot seat,” Sun City Independent, March 10, 2021) and store junk cars and toxic chemical barrels. He could not do anything.
I am betting he would be singing a different tune. I am betting he owns short term rentals and/or receiving donations from others STR owners.
We bought into Sun City specifically because of restrictions. We should not have our rights to enjoy our property taken away because others are trying to make a fast buck.
