As a golfer of 68 years, I am a keen observer of the course conditions I see. I see no improvement in course conditions since the three-cart rule was instituted.
I see more back and forth and slower play because of it. I have not witnessed it, but acknowledge that spreading disease would be easier with cart-sharing. Has theft occurred when you leave your cart in a parking lot for four hours?
If this rule affects the number of rounds played and the course revenue, less money will be available for maintenance and improvements.
I am asking the Recreation Centers of Sun City to please rescind the three-cart rule.
