Garage band Still Above Ground performs Oct. 17

The Sun City West garage band, Still Above Ground, performs 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17 at 13307 W. Crown Ridge Drive.

Still Above Ground started out last April with two guitarists, Cheryl Uhles and Dave Carlson. Since then, the band has grown to six members and now features JR Lampley on percussion, Ed Tannheimer on lead guitar, Mikal Haaheim on acoustic and vocals, and Cora Weaver vocals.
