We need to keep a positive trajectory going for Sun City by staying focused on current objectives and our real need to improve our aging community.
I feel if we do this, we can revitalize our original Sun City into something attractive with our goals on Mountain View and one day, a dazzling new Lakeview rec center.
I believe by doing this, we will have new home sales, few rentals, and get serious new members to buy in Sun City. That is what will bring us a better lifestyle and economic foothold for our near future.
The message should be that we are the most affordable over-55 community in the Valley. These simple, Del Webb-designed homes are very easy to renovate and update on larger lots that you cannot find anywhere. We are centrally located in the Northwest Valley to north Peoria, Surprise and all the beauty the West Valley offers.
We have more rec centers and probably club activities along with civic for owners to enjoy. We’re near hospitals and medical offices. We have quiet streets and evenings, but mostly we have the best value for home price points.
