Farnand: Pet owners should clean up debris in Sun City

Pet owners, please pick up after your pet.

Why do you think it is the homeowner’s responsibility to clean up after your dog? Walkers should not have to smell and look at what your dog left behind. This also breeds flies, wasps and other flying insects.

If you can’t or won’t pick up after your pet, then you should not be a pet owner! Please be responsible, be respectful and it is also the law to pick up after your pet.
