EXIT Realty gives back to community

Provides meals to St. Mary’s

Posted

In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Realty Sun City by the local community, the real estate brokerage officials took on the challenge to raise funds to provide 35,000 meals with St. Mary’s Food Bank, 13050 W. Elm St., Surprise.

For more than 50 years, St. Mary’s has fed Arizona families in need. Now their services are more critical today than ever before. Since the start of COVID, St. Mary’s has distributed nearly 70 million pounds of food and facilitated more than 70 non-contact drive-thru mobile pantries providing food boxes with meat, dairy and fresh produce.

“We are excited that the funds that we raise and the foods donated will be able to stay right here in our local community and help our neighbors. Plus EXIT Realty Corp. International’s philanthropic program called the Spirit of EXIT will also provide matching funds to help our efforts go even farther,” said Deanna Weaver, EXIT Arizona regional owner.

She added it is awesome to see their business partners, affiliates, past clients, EXIT agents across Arizona, family and friends all join in to do something special. A lot has changed in the world since the pandemic but EXIT officials are happy to see that reaching out and helping others when possible is still something that so many people are willing to do, according to Ms. Weaver.

“We appreciate being a part of this wonderful community and welcome the opportunity to give back,” said Laya Gavin, EXIT Realty Sun City franchise owner.

Donations are being accepted online at http:/bit.ly/3coyVDJ. The link is case sensative. Donations of food can be dropped off at EXIT Realty Sun City, 18700 N. 107th Ave., or any EXIT Realty office in the Valley.
