Eisert: Sun City is great place to live

Posted

The world seems a bit crazy right now. We are fortunate to live in the oasis of Sun City.

For more than 60 years, active adults have been retiring here because of the value of our community. Sun City has continued to attract new residents because we are a safe, clean, active community available for exceptional price points.

Organizations such as the Sun City Home Owners Association, the Sun City Condominium Association, the Recreation Centers of Sun City, the Sun City PRIDES and others have been huge players ensuring our community remains the special value it has been since its inception.

SCHOA is in need of five residents to serve on its board of directors.

SCHOA’s Mission is to preserve Sun City property values through the fair and consistent application of the covenants, conditions and restrictions.

As a past board member, I can attest that it’s not that difficult and will generally take less than 10 hours of your time per month.

Our community always must be protected from what the crazy world provides. I invite 5-10 candidates who understand the concept of “we” over “me” and are willing to share your talent and a bit of time to apply for the SCHOA board. Sun City needs your help.

Take a look at their website, SunCityHoa.org. Give them a call. Have a conversation.
