The West Valley Wind Ensemble is a concert band comprised of volunteers who have continued their high school and college love for making music. Beginning in 1992, they play a balance of tunes, usually including marches.
The concert immediately follows the TNT (Thursday Nights Together) meal in Smoot Hall. The dinner starts at 5 p.m., costs $8 per person and reservations must be made by 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11. The menu is pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, salad bar, dessert and beverages (iced water, lemonade, iced tea, coffee).

TNT also offers meals on the other Thursday evenings in November. The dinners start at 5 p.m. and cost $8 per person and reservations must be made by 4 p.m. the Tuesday before the meal. Each meal contains an entree, salad bar, dessert and beverage (water, lemonade, iced tea, coffee). To-go meals can be picked up at 5:30 p.m. and cost $9 per person.
Other meal dates and menus are: Nov. 6 (chicken and shrimp alfredo, roasted vegetables, garlic bread) and Nov. 20 (crusted cod, cheddar broccoli rice, steamed vegetables, rolls).
