LaFontain to work from Sun City office

Todd LaFontain associated with the Sun City Bell office of Coldwell Banker Realty, 17001 N. Del Webb Blvd., as an affiliate agent.
He comes to the office with 17 years of real estate related experience.
“Working in real estate related fields and seeing all that goes into the real estate business combined with living in one of the hottest markets for so long, it was time to get involved,” said LaFontain. “I decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because it is one of the most well-known and respected brands in the world and has so many resources and support systems available to build success.”
Throughout his career, LaFontain worked in quality assurance with Lender Placed Insurance, pre-underwriting for an appraisal management company with multiple lender clients as well as lender collections, home warranty service and claims.
He holds an associate degree in the foundations of business and was previously certified in Universal Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
