Fifteen inflatable waterslides, more than 20 local vendors, Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers, and a fireworks show will be featured at Peoria’s Independence Day celebration on Monday, July 4.

The free, annual All-American Festival will be from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Peoria Sports Complex, 16101 N. 83rd Ave.

“Peoria’s annual All-American Fourth of July Festival has long been a wonderful opportunity for us to honor the greatness of our country, the independent spirit of our founding fathers, and the freedom that we enjoy every single day,” said Mayor Cathy Carlat. “We are thrilled to welcome Peoria families to this celebrated tradition.”

The All-American Festival is a family friendly event with waterslides, including three 45-foot slides, cornhole, food, drinks, a live music simulcast from the main stage to the Mariners practice fields, and fireworks.

Admission and parking are free during the event, which spans across the main stadium and Mariners fields at the Peoria Sports Complex.

This will be the second year in a row that Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers will headline Peoria’s All-American Festival. Tickets are on sale for exclusive VIP Colonnade and Meet-and-Greet Experiences and tequila tasting session with Clyne. Live music begins at 7 p.m. and the fireworks show will begin at 9:10p.m., weather permitting. The fireworks show will also be streamed online and Peoria Ch. 11.

The All-American Festival will again feature a sensory room in the Visitor’s Clubhouse, which is a calming, sensory-friendly space for children, teens, and adults with sensory processing needs. Noise-canceling headphones, weighted blankets, plush chairs, and soft toys are available to ensure all attendees can enjoy the celebration. Sensory kits will also be available to check out during the event.
